Time: 6.00-7.00pm
Venue address: Carshalton High School for Girls, West St, Carshalton SM5 2QX
Directions: If the entrance is closed when you arrive, please press the buzzer marked 'Premises'. Session takes place in the Gym: as soon as you enter car park, turn left and look for the blue gate with a sign pointing towards the GYM. Enter this gate, turn right and then turn left. You will now see the entrance to the GymParking: School car park is available just outside the gate to the Gym.
Surface: Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for an indoor hard surface.
Each session will last for 60 minutes.
Shin pads are required, and please bring a drink. All other equipment is provided.
Your Trial Session is completely free of charge. Registration options will be provided after you attend.
